Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role keeping our stores and supply chain running smoothly — from receiving deliveries through to supporting purchasing and invoicing processes.Your main duties will include:Receive, store and deliver stock accurately against purchase orders and requisitions, in line with WHS requirementsSupport the Purchasing Manager with purchase orders, invoice processing and supply/creditor recordsBuild strong working relationships with internal departments and external suppliers, responding promptly and courteouslyAbout youExperience working in a stores or warehouse environmentComfortable using a computerised inventory system and Microsoft OfficeAbility to plan, prioritise and work autonomouslyStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer serviceCurrent driver's licenceFor further information please contact Lachlan Brown, Purchasing Manager at Why work for Calvary?
