We're located in Marrickville, 5 minutes walk from Sydenham train station.We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive person to join our small team in a dual role as our Export and Administration Clerk.
The position is a permanent part-time one working approximately 28 hours over 4-5 days per week, however we are flexible.Duties may include -Export Administrator - the day to day running of the export program, working with the General Manager, you will book shipments with freight forwarders, preparing export documentation and document & shipping instructions, dealing with relevant government departments and liaising with export customers and our production teamCustomer Service - taking sales orders, responding to customer queries,



tracking deliveries and assisting our sales teamReception duties - answering incoming phone calls, filing, attending to business guestsAdministration - assisting Management, miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasksThe successful candidate will be a motivated person who has the ability to apply their initiative to complete an ever changing variety of challenges.A positive command of EnglishIs highly organisedPrevious experience in an Exports Logistics role would be an advantagePrevious experience working with DAFF also an advantageFood Safety/Quality Assurance experience would be of benefitA focus on attention to detailA pleasant phone manner with proficient communication skillsExperience in a broad range of office administrationStrong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordThe ability to work independently with initiativeA dynamic approach to a large variety of tasks
