Your Contribution
As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for
maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses
on quality and safety.
You will:Prepare and serve
high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needsMaintain kitchen
hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety ProgramManage stock
rotation and food storage Support a
collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive guest
experienceProactively model
the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders,
and external parties
The Essentials




As an experienced Chef you will have: Cert III in
Commercial Cookery or equivalent experienceEnjoy working in a
high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run
smoothly Experience with
dietary requirements and food safety complianceAbility to work
independently and as part of a teamA friendly,
reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for
service
