We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our small and supportive team in Wingfield, SA.This is a hands‐on role where you will work closely with customers, technicians and suppliers to identify parts requirements, provide expert advice and ensure customers receive the right parts, on time.About The RoleInterpreting and identifying parts requirements for customers and techniciansProviding exceptional customer service both over the phone and at the counterPreparing quotes and processing sales ordersSourcing parts and liaising with suppliersMaintaining accurate inventory and system recordsSupporting warehouse and parts operations as requiredBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersAbout YouPrevious experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Salesperson or similar roleStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment or automotive partsExcellent customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and solid organisational skillsThe ability to work effectively in a team environmentExperience using ERP or inventory management systems (preferred)Experience within the construction, earthmoving, agricultural, transport, automotive or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
