This is a true front-of-house, patient-facing role focused on creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment for patients, clinicians and staff.
This role fulfils the traditional medical receptionist function but also plays a key role in ensuring clear communication between patient and doctor.Key responsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for patients entering the clinicWelcome patients warmly and assist with check-in flow and waiting room managementMaintain a visible, calm and reassuring presence at the front deskAnswer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and confidentlyBook consultations and procedures accuratelyExplain fees, deposits and appointment policies clearlyManage payments,
