We're now seeking an energetic and guest focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our agile and energetic team.
This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests expectations.What you'll be doing:Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookingsSupport the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner serviceInput orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectivelyBe involved in the service of conference and events functionsMaintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificationFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidaysMinimum 1 year of experience in a premium hotel or steakhouse restaurant.Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skillsDemonstrate pride in presentationHave full working rights in AustraliaWhy work for Accor?
