You'll be a key point of contact for residents, guests, contractors and visitors, helping ensure the community feels welcoming, qualified and well looked after.Your responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional resident and customer serviceResponding to resident enquiries, requests and feedbackSupporting inspections,



move-ins and move-outsAssisting with resident onboarding and apartment checksProviding general Junior Property Management and administrative supportLogging and tracking resident requests through internal systemsSupporting lease renewals and tenancy arrears processesCoordinating mail, parcels and deliveriesLiaising with Property Management, Facilities and Operations teamsAssisting with resident events and community initiativesMaintaining accurate resident and operational recordsSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the communityAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is polished, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You may come from Junior Property Management, Property Officer, Resident Services, Build-to-Rent or a property-focused concierge environment.You'll ideally bring:Previous property, resident services, concierge or strong customer service experienceCurrent NSWCertificate of Registration– essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional presentation and a warm, welcoming mannerStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence handling resident enquiries and resolving issuesA proactive, solutions-focused attitudeAbility to hit the ground running in a busy onsite environment
