About The Role
In this rewarding role, you will:
Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, meals, social activities and outingsSupport the development and review of individual care plans and complete accurate documentation and chartingMonitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to nursing and care leadershipMaintain residents' dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all timesContribute to a protected, clean, comfortable and welcoming environmentCarry out tasks delegated by Registered and Enrolled NursesWork collaboratively as part of a supportive, values-driven care team

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentDemonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishIntermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
