This newly formed division brings together a diverse portfolio of unforgettable guest experiences, from iconic attractions and harbour cruises to marine adventures, wildlife encounters, scenic flights and premium tourism experiences across Australia.
This role will work closely with divisional leadership, sales, marketing, commercial, operations, and data & analytics teams to maximise revenue opportunities, improve conversion, manage demand, and enhance the guest experience across the Experiences & Attractions portfolio.
They will lead and support revenue analysts and managers, driving best practice in pricing, forecasting, inventory management, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
The General Manager Revenue Experiences and Attractions will report to the Executive General Manager Revenue & Analytics.
This is a national role, that can be based in either Adelaide or Sydney,
with regular travel required to work with teams and stakeholders across the division.
Key Responsibilities will include:Develop, implement, and manage revenue strategies across the Experiences & Attractions portfolio, including dynamic pricing, yield management, forecasting, budgeting, inventory availability, and ancillary revenue opportunities.Conduct market, competitor, customer, channel, and financial analysis to identify demand trends, pricing opportunities, commercial risks, feasibility considerations, profitability improvement areas, and insights to support strategic decision-making.Establish KPIs, monitor revenue performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management that highlight trends, opportunities, channel performance, and commercial risks.Collaborate with sales, marketing, commercial, operations, digital, and shared service teams to align campaigns, pricing, product availability, inventory controls, and distribution activity across direct, trade, OTA, reseller, and channel management platforms.Lead, mentor, and develop revenue analysts, managers, and specialists, fostering commercial accountability, open communication, teamwork, best-practice sharing, and professional growth.Oversee inventory management and drive continuous improvement across pricing processes, reporting cadence, inventory controls, channel governance, and trading reviews in response to market conditions, operational constraints, and guest demand.
Leverage revenue management systems, booking platforms, channel tools, dashboards, data analytics, and operational systems to improve pricing, forecasting, availability management, reporting accuracy,
and decision-making efficiency.Engage divisional leadership, executive management, operating teams, shared service functions, and external partners to communicate trading performance, revenue strategies, risks, opportunities, and support requirements across the Experiences & Attractions portfolio.About YouTo be successful you will have experience in revenue management roles, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry, where you have managed people in teams that are geographically dispersed.
