We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure, site‐wide nuclear licensee development expertise, and nuclear safety leadership.We are currently seeking an Executive or Personal Assistant to join our AUKUS team.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor incoming telephone calls,
mail and other materialReview incoming correspondence, despatching material to appropriate personnel.Perform nominated administrative and secretarial duties as required for effective operation of the senior managerPrepare monthly and quarterly corporate reports in accordance with a specified schedule.Obtain and organise information for use in conferences, speeches and reports as requested by the senior managerMinute taking.Maintain Employee Expense Claims.Assist in data collation, formatting, updating and filingCoordinate and allocate appointment times for the senior manager.Receive and question visitors and callers to ensure they should not be referred elsewhere.Operate and maintain confidential and personal files, ensuring they are secure at all times.Organise and facilitate travel and other business requirements of the executive.Delegate administrative and secretarial duties as requiredObserve safe systems of work relevant to your work area and report potential hazards.About youProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a Team Coordinator role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or project-based environmentsDemonstrated experience supporting senior leaders/executives with high-level administrative and diary management tasksStrong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience coordinating meetings, travel, and events, including logistics and stakeholder managementConfident in acting as front of house, with a skilled and approachable mannerAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismExperience supporting site-based or project teamsApplicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
