About the role
South West Healthcare's Haemodialysis Unit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Midwife to join our team in a Fixed Term Parental Leave Coverage Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) position.
As ANUM, you will work in close partnership with the Haemodialysis Manager to:
Champion clinical excellence and high-quality patient care
Support effective resource management and operational efficiency
Provide leadership and guidance to our committed Haemodialysis team
Step into the Unit Manager role when required, offering valuable leadership development opportunities

Employment Type: Part time (48 hours per fortnight), Fixed Term Parental Leave Coverage ending 25/10/2027
Location: Warrnambool Campus

Salary Range: $120,****** pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
Registration as a Registered Nurse with current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum of four years post-graduate experience, with proven excellence in clinical assessment
Strong commitment to clinical safety, professional standards, and patient-centred care
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly regarded
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving,



and staff supervision capabilities
