Your new roleAs a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design of complex, end-to-end member experiences, shaping product direction through insight-led thinking and collaboration.
You'll operate with a high degree of ownership, partnering across Product, Engineering and the business to solve the right problems and deliver high-quality, user-centred outcomes.
This is a 12-month max-term opportunity, we have multiple vacancies available.
In this role, you'll:Lead end-to-end design across initiatives, from discovery through to delivery and developer handoverDefine problem spaces and uncover opportunities through structured discovery and researchTranslate ideas into high-quality, build-ready designs including flows, interaction models and UIPartner closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to shape product direction and ensure feasible outcomesUse research, insights and systems thinking to deliver consistent, user-centred experiences across journeysNavigate ambiguity,
