As a Housekeeping Team
Leader at The Tops, you'll be more than just hands-on in cleaning and
preparation.
You'll guide, support and train the team by setting the standard
yourself.
You'll communicate daily with the Housekeeping Manager, keep
workflows running smoothly, and make sure every guest space reflects the
'home-like' quality and care we're known for.
Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.

you might have...Started your day walking across our beautiful Stanwell Tops site, preparing accommodation ready for large school groups and guests arriving for camp.Led and supported a housekeeping team, training new team members in cleaning procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations explaining not just the "how", but the "why".
Worked side-by-side with your team to ensure rooms, cabins, and shared spaces were cleaned efficiently and to a high standard, supporting fast turnarounds during busy periods.Maintained strong housekeeping standards,



ensuring every room was guest ready, with attention to detail in linen presentation, cleanliness, and overall presentation.Partnered with the Housekeeping Manager to monitor stock levels, order supplies, and communicate updates to the team to support smooth daily operations.Helped plan and prepare the site for conferences and large events, ensuring all facilities were clean, set up, and ready for guest use.Took pride in delivering a high quality setting where guests feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.
The Essentials
Experience
in housekeeping within a hotel, resort, or similar settingLeadership
skills to mentor and support a teamBasic
Microsoft/computer skills for stock ordering and documentationA
current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
