What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the ServiceDepartmentRecruit, develop and retain a high-performing team of ServiceTechniciansLead by example across the entire department, assisting with workforce planning, job coordination, team supervision and the achievement of key metric targets.Drive workshop presentation, customer engagement and service excellence by maintaining high standards of housekeeping,



communication and operational execution.Manage warranty costs, workshop assets and departmental budgets inline with company expectationsChampion a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with companypolicies and proceduresContribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuousimprovement
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Brings experience in service management, workshop operations or asimilar leadership roleHas demonstrated commercial and financial management expertisePossesses a strong technical and industry understandingHas a proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams to achieveshared goalsBrings experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S or continuousimprovement programsHas excellent communication, decision‐making and stakeholdermanagement skillsIs focused on delivering outstanding customer experiencesIs safety conscious, solutions focused and ready to growA proactive team player who takes ownership and drives resultsIs confident using business systems, reporting tools and computerapplications
