Join us in making a lasting impact.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to help shape the future of our Sydney Interior Design team.Working closely with the Interior Design Leaders, you'll play a role in leading projects, supporting team development and helping grow our Interior Design capability.This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys balancing project delivery, people leadership and client engagement.
You'll help guide project teams, mentor designers and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Brisbane studio.As an Associate, you will:Lead the delivery of complex interior design projects across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectorsWork closely with the Leadership team to support team leadership, capability building and studio cultureProvide leadership and guidance to project teams from concept through to deliveryMentor and develop Interior Designers across different career stagesBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholdersSupport business development activities and contribute to future project opportunitiesChampion design quality,
technical excellence and project performanceCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Hassell's Australian studiosQualificationsAbout youWe're looking for someone who brings:Experience managing client relationships and project delivery outcomesA track record of delivering high-quality workplace projects.Strong design, communication and stakeholder management skillsTechnical confidence and a solid understanding of project delivery processesRevit capability and experience leading documentation teamsA collaborative leadership style and a genuine interest in helping others succeedThis is an opportunity to join one of Australia's leading multidisciplinary design practices and play an important role in the future growth of our Interior Design team.Additional InformationWhy Hassell?
