The VACCA team is committed to the organisation's visions and values, passionately providing support, service and advocacy for our children and other vulnerable members of the community.Our strength lies with our people.About The RoleLead the delivery of culturally protected specialist family services that support Aboriginal children, young people and families.
You will guide a dedicated team, oversee referrals and case management, build strong partnerships with DFFH and community stakeholders, and help create positive outcomes across the Bayside Peninsula and Southern Metro regions.About YouYou are a values driven leader with a passion for supporting Aboriginal children, families and communities.
You bring solid leadership skills, experience guiding and developing staff, and a commitment to delivering high quality, culturally safe services.
You are confident managing referrals, supporting program outcomes, building solid teams, maintaining quality records and reporting, and ensuring services meet legislative and organisational requirements.
Most importantly, you are dedicated to strengthening community, empowering families,
