DESCRIPTIONBased out of our Canberra branch, you will complete preventative maintenance and/or basic repair activities on Generator or component at the customer sitesSpecial Bonus - $**** Sign on bonus availableRESPONSIBILITIESApplies the use of specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete basic repairs, including preparing required parts and toolsEscalates unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or SupervisorPerforms preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the fieldCompletes required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims via handwritten forms or business system input screensCompletes training in line with skill and business requirementsMaintains service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operationTrain electrical apprentices in and out of the branchCoordinate jobs and responsibilities within the branch and delegate workloadUnderstand relevant electrical certification required in countryEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies,
