Company:MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administration Operations team at Marsh, People and Investments.
This role will be based in Melbourne.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Administration Specialist acts as a specialist in administration and superannuation, with a primary focus on resolving escalated issues, handling exceptions, and delivering excellent customer service.
You will be a proactive problem solver who seeks solutions for members and the business, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.We will count on you to:Process and perform peer review of allocated administration tasks accurately and within assigned/measured KPIsPrioritize workloads appropriately, managing escalations with care and urgency to achieve timely resolutionRespond to inquiries from members and employers and initiate outbound contact where required, including effective inbox management within agreed service standardsLiaise with Offshore administration team and other internal teams regarding transactions within Administration OperationsComplete workforce management requirements, including daily recording of completed core tasks and contributing to team planning meetingsProactively suggest and support improvements to processes, quality initiatives, and training to improve efficiency and the member/client experienceWhat you need to have:VCE/HSC or equivalentProven experience in an administration and/or customer service environmentMinimum 2 years' experience in superannuation administration (or closely related superannuation experience)Strong computer skills, including basic Excel, Word, and typing skills,
