About the opportunityThe Systems Training Manager works closely with system SMEs, reports to the Group OD Manager and is part of the NEX L&D; team.
The key focus of this role designing, implementing, and managing training programs that ensure employees can effectively use our enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, CRM, FMS, BIM and other business applications.
More specifically, you will:Develop a comprehensive systems training strategy aligned with system implementation and business objectivesEngage with system vendors and internal subject matter experts (on D365, Businesscraft, Onsite Companion etc.), leveraging the full range of features and capabilities,
to author content for system training programsCollaborate upfront with project teams during development and implementationIdentify training needs through stakeholder consultation and system usage analysisEnsure content is clear, user-friendly, and tailored to different user groupsFacilitate in person and virtual training workshops and webinarsBuild systems training for new starter inductionsReport monthly on completions and training effectivenessAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you will have:Degree in HR, IT, Education, or related field.Experience in training, instructional design, or system implementationKnowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning toolsCertificate IV in Training & AssessmentExperience with one or more preferred IT domains (ERP, HRIS, CRM, Analytics, Security)Strong eye for design, making complex training concepts come alive in a blended educational delivery modelA commitment to working as one teamModel the organisation's valuesEmbrace diversity and create inclusive teamsApproach all processes with a continuous improvement mindsetInterested?
