You'll lead and supervise kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals for campers and guests.
This hands-on role includes food preparation, managing dietary needs, stock control, and maintaining safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise kitchen staff during busy service periodsSet the standard for teamwork, organisation, and food qualityCoordinate food preparation for large groups, including dietary requirementsManage stock control, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety complianceSupport and train team members to perform confidently and efficientlyAbout You:We're looking for someone who:· Alignment with CRU's Basis of BeliefDemonstrates strong team leadership skills and leads by exampleIs highly organised and can manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentHas a genuine passion for cooking and commercial kitchen workIs confident handling high volume food preparation and serviceCommunicates clearly and works well as part of a teamIs versatile and available to work weekendsHas a trainable,
