This full time role offers 40 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute ideas and grow within a small, collaborative kitchen team.You will prepare and cook across café, brunch and restaurant menus, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and work closely with the hotel team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
