As Engineering Manager, your mission is to build, support, and empower a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products that advance our platform on a global scale.You'll lead and mentor a group of full-stack engineers, focusing on their growth, performance, wellbeing, and delivery outcomes.
You'll support your team through regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities that stretch their skills and keep them learning.
