The role supports engagement in treatment to reduce the impact of problematic drug and alcohol use, prevent relapse, and improve clients' psychosocial wellbeing.Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assertive follow-up on referrals, help address barriers to access to treatment, and contribute to a welcoming, diverse, and team-oriented workplace.
