Better Rehab is offering a community-based graduate program for Speech Pathologists in Canterbury, NSW.
You will work with NDIS participants aged 6-65 across diverse settings, including homes, day centres, parks and clinics.The role emphasises autonomy in diary management and robust supervision to support growth.
The program includes a dedicated induction week, 1:1 supervision, six months of induction and upskilling, 4 paid study leave days per year, and fully resourced therapy kits.
