Our team members are generally allocated a consistent roster pattern, working primarily across either day, afternoon or night shifts rather than rotating between all three.
Most team members work 3-4 shifts per week.What You'll DoWelcome customers and create a warm, friendly café experienceTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other café drinksAssemble and present food items,



including plating hot food and preparing sandwiches and light meals.Operate fryers and prepare menu items to support efficient service.Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionallyHandle customer payments and maintain cash handling accuracyKeep service areas, displays and dining spaces clean and presentableWork closely with your team to provide excellent customer service during busy periodsAssist with opening and closing duties as requiredAbout YouFriendly, reliable and customer-focusedEnjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious hospitality, retail or customer service experience is preferredBarista experience is highly regarded, but not essentialCommitted to providing outstanding service every shiftWhy Join Vili's?
