Using a consultative sales approach, you'll guide them towards the course that best suits their goals and support them through the enrolment journey.Your responsibilities include:Speaking with prospective students via phone, email and online enquiriesUnderstanding each person's goals and recommending suitable coursesBuilding genuine relationships based on trustManaging your own pipeline and achieving sales targetsMaintaining high activity levels while delivering an exceptional customer experienceContinually developing your skills through coaching and trainingThis is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust—not applying pressure.About YouWe're looking for ambitious people who enjoy winning and genuinely care about helping others.
