About the Team
Our
Sydney Operations team is a close‐knit and collaborative group responsible for
the day‐to‐day running of the office.
The team currently comprises our Office
Manager, Receptionist and part-time Office Clerk who work closely together to
ensure a seamless and skilled experience for our people and clients.
This
full-time Office Clerk role reports to the Office Manager.
About
the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for
a professional and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Sydney team on a
full-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office.
The Office Clerk position
is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to support
the office.
Duties of this role will include:
general office administration support including filing, archiving, scanning, photocopying and printing legal documentation;
collecting/distributing incoming
mail and posting outgoing mail;
responding to incoming deliveries via the loading dock
external tasks including court filing, document delivery, court trolley delivering, delivering urgent items to Court during hearings, deliveries for departments and committees, adhoc purchases from CBD suppliers);
organising catering and assisting




with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
attending
to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are
maintained at a high standard including emptying the dishwasher and
general tidiness of the kitchen area;
kitchen
and office supplies ordering and unpacking;
providing
reception coverage including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients,
answering the phone, taking messages, etc; and
other adhoc duties across the
office, including assisting other offices nationally as required.
About You

gaining administrative skills within the legal industry;
