Working as part of our newly established in‐house security team, you'll deliver frontline security support, incident response and site assurance activities while providing a skilled and visible security presence.YOUR ROLEMaintain a visible security presence through patrols, site checks and security assurance activitiesRespond to incidents, alarms and emergencies quickly and professionallyManage site access, visitor coordination and contractor approvalsSupport security compliance, reporting and risk management activitiesBuild robust relationships with employees, visitors and stakeholders while promoting a positive security cultureYOUR EXPERIENCEExperience in security, Defence, law enforcement, emergency services or a similar operational environmentStrong knowledge of security,



risk management and site safety practicesExcellent communication skills with a customer‐focused approach and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAble to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in fast‐paced environmentsExperience in incident response, access control and visitor management is highly regardedEligibilityEligibility to obtain and maintain a relevant State or Territory Security Licence applicable to the roleAUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITYA Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website AGSVA/.
