You'll manage the Jenkins build environment, evolve our Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, AWS CDK, Terraform), tighten secrets and supply‐chain security, and partner with developers in IT, R&D; and Production to make releases faster and safer.
It's a hands‐on role with broad scope across pipelines, cloud, security and monitoring.Your duties will include:Manage Jenkins worker nodes (Windows, macOS, Linux) and pipeline scriptsBuild and maintain Ansible, AWS CDK and Terraform configurations across AWS and AzureRun secrets management, SBOM scanning, container hardening and software signing in the build pipelineAssist with setting up monitoring, logging and alerting (Zabbix), and help develop backup and DR proceduresAssist with least‐privilege IAM, SSO and access reviews across cloud, Jenkins and BitbucketPartner with IT,



R&D; and Production engineers to enable self‐service workflows and faster deliveryABOUT YOU5+ years' experience in a DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering role, including 2+ years on AWS or AzureStrong Linux administration, Bash scripting and Python for automationSolid Git workflows: branching, pull requests and code reviewHands‐on Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, AWS CDK or similar)CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket PipelinesWorking knowledge of SQL and at least one NoSQL databasePractical security experience: secrets management, SBOM/vulnerability scanning, IAM and least‐privilege designContainer experience with Docker, and orchestration with Swarm or KubernetesTertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceDESIRABLEAWS or Azure associate‐level certification (or higher)HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or CKAExperience with embedded hardware build pipelinesExposure to C/C++/C#, Node.js, PHP or Flutter mobile developmentWHAT'S ON OFFERBroad, hands‐on scope across pipelines, cloud, security and DRWork that spans IT, R&D; and ProductionSupportive, collaborative team with a service‐oriented mindsetCompetitive salary based on experienceOn‐site at our Wetherill Park office, with hybrid available after probationPlease no employment agencies.
