With more than 30 years in business and a team of 50+ professionals, we provide integrated Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Pavements Engineering services across WA.We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Perth or Bunbury team.This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil infrastructure and land development projects, taking projects from concept and design through to construction and delivery.
You'll work closely with clients, authorities, contractors and our multidisciplinary engineering teams, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and grow your technical and project management capabilities.About the roleYou will be responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of civil, road and drainage projects, including:Civil and land development designRoad, intersection and drainage designEarthworks and infrastructure projectsPreparation of engineering reports, specifications and contract documentationDesign reviews and technical inputProject management and coordinationTendering and contract administrationLiaising with clients, authorities and contractorsSupporting and mentoring junior engineers and drafting staffThe role provides exposure to a broad range of projects and the opportunity to work alongside WML's Civil, Structural,
Geotechnical and Pavements specialists.About youWe're looking for an engineer who combines strong technical capability with practical project experience and a desire to deliver quality outcomes for clients.You will have:A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualifications and experience3-5+ years' relevant engineering experienceStrong experience in civil, road and drainage designExperience delivering projects from design through to constructionExperience with project management and/or contract administrationStrong communication and client management skillsA practical, solutions-focused approachThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of occupational health and safety requirements on construction projects is desirable.Why WML?
