Located in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, Puffing Billy Railway is Australia's premier preserved steam railway and a Victorian state-owned entity.
Operating on the original mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook, our century-old railway welcomes visitors from across Australia and the world for authentic, memory-making journeys.
About the Opportunity
Based at our Belgrave and Lakeside Emerald stations, with a requirement to work throughout the Puffing Billy rail corridor on our heritage carriages, we have multiple ongoing or part-time positions available for experienced Visitor Experience Officers.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a team of talented people ensuring the highest standards of customer service for an internationally recognised heritage steam rail organisation.
What you'll do
Deliver exceptional, thoughtful, inspired, safe and memorable experiences to all Puffing Billy Railway visitors
Support all customer focused activities and events across Puffing Billy Railway
Assist with crowd management on our platforms and passenger supervision while on the train
Work in our ticketing offices and support administrative tasks
