– Sydney Distribution Centre | $*****ph + Super | Monday–Friday O'Brien® Glass are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong Customer Service capability to support our Wholesale team at the Padstow Distribution Centre.

labels and ensuring same‐day dispatch requirements are metManage invoice processing (Medius), including coding, tracking, updating files and resolving discrepanciesProcess Wholesale credit notes, confirm returns and assist with specific Wholesale admin tasks when requiredCoordinate and maintain timesheets for casual employees and support timesheet administration across the DCArrange driver accommodation bookings and maintain accurate recordsAssist with new starter and casual onboarding, including induction paperwork and documentationUndertake cross‐training in Containers, developing capability to support container workflows and provide coverage when neededProvide general DC administrative support, including data entry, reporting, filing and assisting other teams during busy periodsAbout YouExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in Administration and/or Customer Service (ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment)Strong customer service capabilityAbility to thrive in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent time management and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to work autonomously and collaborativelyA desire to learn,
