Your day to day:Coordinate HR activities across the hotel, ensuring they support business goals and company values.Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, select, and retain talented employees.In partnership with our part time Administrative Assistant, supervise employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.Deliver and promote IHG people programs, tools, and employer branding initiatives.Coordinate new hire onboarding,



workers compensation claims and drive hotelwide safety culture.Build strong relationships internally and externally to support the hotel's people strategy and long-term success.Ensure compliance with Hospitality Industry General Award and any other applicable awards and employment legislation.There is no way to explain a day-in-the-life of an HR Professional - it varies every single day and that is why we love what we do!
