You'll help showcase the people, patient experiences and personality behind our brands through engaging, high-quality digital content.This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently take content from concept to completion—including planning, scripting, filming and editing.About the roleYou'll work closely with our marketing and clinic teams to create content across our dental practices.
No two days will be the same—you may be filming educational content with a dentist, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, producing patient stories or creating an engaging social media reel.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and pitching creative content ideasPlanning shoots and maintaining a content calendarWriting scripts and preparing content briefsFilming high-quality video content across our clinic locationsEditing short-form videos, reels and other digital contentAdapting content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTubeCapturing authentic staff,



patient and behind-the-scenes storiesKeeping up to date with social media trends and platform best practicesManaging content projects independently from concept through to deliveryTravelling between clinic locations when requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Has experience creating and editing engaging video or social media contentIs confident filming people and helping them feel comfortable on cameraHas strong visual storytelling and scriptwriting skillsIs proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similarUnderstands how to create content suited to different social media platformsCan manage multiple projects, deadlines and filming schedulesIs proactive, organised and comfortable working independentlyIs based in Melbourne and has a current driver's licence and reliable transportCan provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant video, reel or content workExperience creating content for healthcare, qualified services or multi-location businesses would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.Why join Dental House Group?
