We're looking for the right attitude, a robust focus on safety and someone who is keen to learn.Main DutiesWhat your week will look likeThis is a Monday to Friday role,



giving you a mix of workshop and on-site experience:3 days in the workshop - learning tyre fitting, inspections, equipment and safe work practices2 days on site - working alongside experienced OTR Tyre Fitters and gaining practical field experienceYou'll learn how to:Safely remove and fit OTR tyresInspect tyres and identify damage, wear and potential hazardsUse tyre fitting tools and equipment safelyAssist experienced fitters with field service and on-site tyre fittingLoad, unload and handle tyres and equipmentMaintain a clean, safe and organised workshop and work areaWork safely around heavy vehicles and mobile equipmentQualificationsWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who:Wants to build a career as an OTR Tyre Fitter2 years LV Tyre ExperienceIs reliable, hardworking and keen to learnEnjoys practical, hands-on workHas a strong commitment to safetyIs comfortable with physical workWorks well as part of a teamMonday to Friday workA mix of workshop and on-site experienceTraining alongside experienced OTR Tyre FittersCompetitive remuneration based on experience.Modern workshop with quality equipment and tooling.Supportive team environment.Ongoing training and opportunities for career development
