You'll play a key role in keeping the business organised, responsive and running smoothly while supporting the Director across day-to-day priorities.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, enjoys variety and wants to play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.THE ROLEYour responsibilities will include:Supporting the Director with day-to-day operational and administrative tasksCoordinating pre-market and scheduled property campaignsManaging calendars, appointments and follow-up processesLiaising with clients, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholdersAnswering calls and responding to client and buyer enquiriesManaging buyer follow-up, database records and CRM activityBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyersMatching buyers with suitable properties and identifying opportunitiesAttending and assisting with open homes and buyer appointmentsAssisting with the general day-to-day running of the businessABOUT YOUYou'll be highly organised,



confident on the phone and have a high level of attention to detail.
