AVIS, a part of the 4K Automotive Group, is searching for an experienced Rental Sales Agent to join our experienced team on a Casual basis and assist us in providing exceptional customer service.This role requires flexibility to travel between our Revesby, Campbelltown, and Hurstville locations as needed.What You'll Do?
Your key responsibilities will include:Engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to understand their needs and provide end-to-end rental solutionsClearly explaining rental agreements, insurance options, guidelines and proceduresUsing multiple computer systems to complete bookings, process payments, handle cash, balance tills and perform administrative tasksConducting vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damage and coordinating vehicle detailingWorking collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and business objectivesMaintaining high operational and compliance standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking for?
