We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Short Order Cook to join our team for the summer season.If you love working with us in Summer there is also the opportunity to Join our Winter team when we become a Winter Wonderland!
Job Description:As a Summer Cook at Stillwell Hotel, you will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes for our guests from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills while working in a beautiful and picturesque location.
Onsite accommodation is provided, so you can fully immerse yourself in the summer experience.
At times you will be required to work in other areas for the hotel.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistent taste.Create and execute menus based on available stock and suppliersCollaborate with the hotel team to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area.Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Interact with guests and providing excellent customer service.Ability to be flexible with work hours and requirements.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Short Order Cook in a commercial kitchen.Valid work visa and right to work in Australia from November **** to May ****Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.PLEASE NOTE This role does not count towards the 88 day's work visa requirements.Charlotte pass does not offer Visa sponsorship for this role.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Onsite accommodation provided Prospect to work in a picturesque location.Experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.How To ApplyIf you're a dedicated and enthusiastic Short Order Cook looking for a unique summer experience with onsite accommodation, we want to hear from you!
