Their business is built on strong relationships, exceptional service, and an exciting portfolio of premium food products — from snacks, pickles, yoghurt, and chocolate to sauces, jams, and artisan pantry staples.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to be the main point of contact for clients and the Sales Team via phone, email, and Slack — owning the client experience end to end while supporting key accounts and financial processes.Reporting directly to the Director,



some of your responsibilities will include:Processing orders and following up on invoices and paymentsMaking outbound calls for relationship building and lead generationPreparing weekly reports and liaising with warehouses and couriersAnswering inbound enquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approachAssisting with lead setup, onboarding, and accurate record-keepingAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:2+ years experience in a phone-based client service roleStrong verbal and written English communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environmentStrong Excel and Outlook skills — ODOO and Slack highly regardedWhat's in it for You?
