We're excited to be partnering with a leading Australian organisation to bring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist into the team on a temporary basis.This is a genuine end-to-end recruitment role where you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, work across a broad range of recruitment activity and make an immediate impact.About the roleYou'll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief through to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a great experience for both the business and candidates.Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of rolesBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholdersSourcing and identifying quality candidates through a range of channelsScreening, interviewing and shortlisting candidatesManaging candidate communication and the recruitment process from start to finishProviding market insight and recruitment advice to your stakeholdersSupporting a positive and consistent candidate experienceAbout youYou're an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified who knows how to get things moving.Minimum 3 years experience working in an end-to-end internal TA or recruitment roleConfidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities at onceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA proactive, hands‐on approach to sourcing and recruitmentThe ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team playerStrong attention to detail and a genuine focus on candidate experienceThe confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environmentMost importantly, you're someone who enjoys recruitment, builds relationships easily and gets satisfaction from finding the right person for the right role.Why join?
