This role will focus on talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives, helping to identify and develop future leaders across the business.About the RoleReporting to the HR leadership team, you will:Support talent management and succession planning activitiesIdentify high-potential employees and development opportunitiesAssist with workforce planning and organisational development initiativesPartner with leaders to build talent pipelines and leadership capabilityProvide insights and recommendations to support talent strategiesContribute to diversity, equity and inclusion programsAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Experience in talent management, succession planning,
