Located just minutes from Yamba's stunning beaches and national parks, Angourie Resort offers guests a relaxed coastal escape complete with premium accommodation, a restaurant, day spa and resort facilities.
As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.This is much more than a traditional reception role.
You'll be helping guests make the most of their stay, sharing local recommendations, supporting our Day Spa operations and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.What you will doCurrently offering approximately 1-2 shifts per weekOpportunities for additional hours during peak periods and holiday seasonsTypical afternoon shifts are 2:00pm to 7:00pmFlexibility is required, with shifts operating between approximately 7:30am and 7:00pm depending on business needsAs part of our Front Office team, you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences by:Welcoming guests with friendly and qualified serviceManaging check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiriesProviding local recommendations,
