Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food suppliesMonitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationHighly skilled at minimising wasteDemonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standardsCollaborate with the Head Chef to establish, execute and evaluate food service standardsMonitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation stagesAddress food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staffDemonstrate techniques and provide advice on cooking proceduresMore About YouMinimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higherProven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced,
