This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium service experience.About the RoleAs a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and the Workshop team, ensuring every customer receives clear communication, professional service and a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.You'll be responsible for:Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experienceManaging customers throughout the servicing and repair journeyConducting vehicle check-ins and accurately recording customer requirementsLiaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop teamPreparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoicesKeeping customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion timesIdentifying additional service and repair opportunitiesFollowing up customers and building long-term relationshipsEnsuring work is completed to manufacturer standardsWorking towards customer satisfaction, sales and performance KPIsAbout YouWe're looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused automotive professional who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.You'll bring:Previous experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorStrong understanding of vehicle servicing and workshop operationsExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsProfessional presentation and a genuine customer-first approachStrong administration,
