The Brook Bar and Bistro is looking for a confident, energetic and passionate Bistro Leader to bring warmth, momentum and exceptional service to our busy venue.With space for 130+ patrons, a popular Wednesday Steak Night, and a calendar of events and promotions, our bistro is a vibrant, rapid-paced environment where no two days are the same.This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on motivating a team, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts.We're seeking a proactive, organized leader with experience coordinating events and functions, managing staff and labor costs, and spotting opportunities to keep improving the bistro experience.At least 2 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFull-time availability,
