You'll be a go‐to point of contact for employees and leaders, providing practical support across HR enquiries, policies, processes and people initiatives.
From day‐to‐day HR support to continuous improvement projects, you'll build your skills, broaden your experience and get exposure to the full breadth of HR.
As part of a growing and evolving HR team within an ASX-listed organisation with an international footprint, you'll have plenty of opportunity to learn,
contribute and build a career with GrainCorp.You will be responsible for:Coordinating and employee queries via shared inboxes and ticketing systemsSupporting end‐to‐end HR administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentationMaintaining HRIS data accuracy and system integrityAssist with employee relations matters and provide general HR advice in line with company policies and proceduresSupport performance review, engagement, and recognition initiativesPrepare reports and provide administrative support to the wider HR teamAbout your experienceOur ideal candidate holds a formal HR qualification with 1 to 2 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture role.
You will be a problem solver with the ability to navigate different types of conversations and act accordingly.
Additionally, you'll be:Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident handling confidential information with discretionA strong communicator with relationship‐building skills across all levels of businessA proactive, continuous‐improvement mindset and willingness to roll up your sleevesIntermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using HR systems (desirable)Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and modern awardsIn addition to providing proof of working rights, suitable skilled references will be required.
