About the roleLighthouse Christian College - Keysborough is seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated team on a contract basis.
Full-time contracts are available for the Primary and Secondary areas commencing Term 4, **** through to end of the school year in ****.
These vital roles will provide support and assistance to students with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in an educational environment and can provide consistent, reliable support throughout the school week.Skills & ExperienceCertificate III or IV in Education Support (preferred); Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (highly desirable); First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain and maintain; Ongoing professional learning relevant to inclusive education and student wellbeing.Experience working with students who have learning difficulties, disabilities or other additional needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students,
