• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas in pristine condition• Perform hedge and tree trimming• Complete mowing, edging, and whipper snipping• Control weeds and pests through herbicide application• Rake and blow leaves; prune and dispose of dying vegetation• Plant, mulch, water, and maintain flowers and shrubs• Maintain irrigation systems• Oversee the outdoor presentation of facilities, including BBQ and pool maintenance• Keep mechanical equipment and tools in good working order• Work 38 hours per week between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday• Help ensure resort grounds are secure, clean, visually appealing, and presented to a high standard for residents and visitorsRequirementsA "C" class drivers licenceRelevant gardening experience in a similar roleQualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageousACDC chemical licence is advantageousAbility to use equipment such as push mower, ride on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blowerPhysical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending,
