ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.Key responsibilities will include:Processing and managing PAYG and Child SupportManaging novated leasesAssisting Senior Payroll Officers with fortnightly and monthly payrollsCompleting payroll reconciliationsPayroll checking and quality assuranceSupporting the wider payroll team with day-to-day queries and processesEnsuring payroll data is accurate and compliantAbout youWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced across end-to-end payroll processesHighly confident with ExcelDetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracyA genuine team playerAdaptable and comfortable working in a changing environmentAble to hit the ground running and contribute to a busy payroll functionDesirable experienceIt would be advantageous if you have:Mining industry experienceExperience working across multiple rostersExperience with averaging earningsIf you're an experienced Payroll Officer looking for your next contract opportunity and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
