The role operates within our hybrid working model, offering flexibility between our Sydney office and working from home.
Reporting initially to the Chief Marketing Officer and, in time, the VP of Marketing, you'll work across a wide range of creative projects spanning marketing, sales, HR and internal and external communications.
This is a hands‐on opportunity to bring complex ideas to life through clear, compelling and high‐impact visual communication.
You'll collaborate closely with teams across GTM, Product, HR and Leadership, translating messaging and technical concepts into engaging visual assets that strengthen the Sharon AI brand.What You'll Be DoingDevelop high‐quality presentations, pitch decks, one‐pagers, internal communications, customer‐facing assets, investor materials and sales collateralDesign marketing and brand assets across social media, email, advertising, web and product marketingCreate visuals for campaigns, product launches and ongoing brand storytellingDevelop graphics, infographics, diagrams and other visual assets that simplify complex informationSupport employer branding initiatives,



recruitment campaigns and candidate‐facing communicationsContribute to landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchyRefine and modernise visual assets across our website, social media and broader brand presenceMaintain and consistently apply Sharon AI's brand system across all touchpointsWork across both digital and print mediums, including branded merchandise and physical collateralManage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlinesCollaborate with stakeholders across the business, incorporating feedback while confidently advocating for strong design and brand consistencyWhat We're Looking For3–5 years' experience in graphic design and content creationA relevant degree in design, graphic arts or a related fieldStrong proficiency across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva and PowerPointExcellent fundamentals across typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and compositionA solid portfolio demonstrating visual taste, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into explicit and compelling graphicsExperience working across brand, marketing, product visuals or visual storytellingExperience partnering with communications, marketing,



leadership and/or technical teamsStrong communication skills and the ability to explain the thinking behind your creative workAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast‐paced environmentHigh attention to detail and a strong focus on brand consistencyExperience across both digital and print mediumsExperience working with print vendors, merchandise production or event fabrication partners will be highly regarded.
